St. Francis of Assisi parish, the campus ministry parish for Ball State University with a resident base of 500 families, is seeking a Director of Religious Formation.

The DRF will direct and coordinate parish religious education and formation programs involving parishioners of all ages. Must have a love for college students.

• Adult Formation programs
• Christ Renews His Parish
• Sacramental preparation
• Grade school and high school religious education
• Diocesan Child Lures Prevention/Protocols
• Scheduling
• Budgeting for these areas
• Recruiting and training volunteers

• Be a practicing Catholic.
• Be able to work well with people of all ages.
• Possess a degree in Religious Education or Theology.
• Be knowledgeable of scripture, theology and prayer.
• Have three years of related experience.
• Be proficient in verbal and written communication.
